Ingredients

  • 200 grams of dried lemon balm leaves or half a bunch of fresh leaves
  • 1 cup of fresh filtered water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
  • Sugar to taste (optional)

Preparation steps

  1. Bring your fresh filtered water to a boil
  2. Rinse the fresh lemon balm leaves and place them in a pot. For the dried leaves, just put them in the pot directly
  3. Pour in your hot water and cover. Let it steep for about ten minutes to get a richer flavor profile
  4. Sieve your tea and serve
  5. Add in your lemon juice
  6. Sweeten to taste
